English is not our First Language, But We don’t have that difficulty because almost all of our employees have a college education and have worked in a call center for at least three years prior to joining Core Originator. If you ever have a problem with an agent, we have a practice in place to replace them, although that rarely happens.

Yes! We do have in all the necessary backups  in place & supervised by the team 24/7 in case of an emergency, Details can be provided via email.

We’ll bill you for the number of hours worked against each role you will have on the first of each month, or (Some Customer Prefer on a Weekly Basis) and you’ll emailed monthly with your statement stating each shift worked also we sent an weekly updated to each client upon request to keep them updated with any changes either by us or client made during the week. The first month is prorated, and any additional agents will be prorated as well.

Yes, £250 per agent, this will include the Dell PC, LED 24” (Dual Screen for Dispatcher’s Only), Plantronics Headphones, IP Phone’s e.g. Yealink etc. Training that will be billed with the first invoice.

It’s simple: we send you a 3 months rolling over agreement, you pay the first month based on your start date, you send us your training materials, access to the dispatch system/phone system, and we’ll set up an introduction call between you, me, and, your Operations Manager.

We can outsource just about anything; we’ll start with your call answering, and if there are any additional responsibilities you’d like us to take on, we can work on that together.

Depends on how many you need, we can get started as soon as 2 week from now if needed, but typically a 3 week notice is best.

It’s a fairly open space. We can utilize Zoom by sending the Link to organize that, We also have Slack/Yammer/Microsoft Team or WhatsApp Group in place setup by the most of Companies to report any Day to Day activities. Which we can setup for you as well.

We recommend starting with at least 2-3 agents, however if your firm is tiny, we can start with just one. (Example: We have a client with 20 taxis; we began working with them in September 2020 with one agent, and by March 2021, we had five full-time employees taking 100% of their calls & including 2 Despatcher’s)
